Far too often we hear about the heavy burden placed on family members when a loved-one passes away. Handling a will (or lack thereof) and a deceased estate can be the most difficult challenge we will face - legally, administratively and emotionally.
Everyone deserves a respectful farewell. And grieving family members must be treated with the deepest compassion as they carry out a loved-one’s final wishes.
Our commitment at Vale is to ease the burden of estate administration for those in grief and to assist the advisors and organisations involved to provide compassionate service to those in need.
Our understanding of the administration process flows from our founder’s experience as a wills and estates lawyer and the lessons learned from helping hundreds of grieving individuals settle deceased estates.
The challenge of estate administration is one of collaboration, and it is our goal to streamline the coming-together of individuals, advisors and organisations to support easier, more compassionate estate administration.
